Your medication will NOT be dispensed, collected or shipped until we receive your original paper prescription by post at McNallys Pharmacy, 5 Monaghan Street, Newry, County Down, BT35 6BB.

When placing an order you must either confirm that your original prescription is already held on file with us, or upload a copy of your prescription. Uploading a copy does not replace the original — the original paper prescription must reach the pharmacy before medication can be dispensed.

All orders are subject to review by our pharmacy team. We may refuse or cancel an order where the prescription is invalid, expired, incomplete, or where dispensing would not be clinically appropriate.

Payment is taken at the time of ordering through Stripe, our payment processor. We do not see or store your card details. Prices are shown in pounds sterling and differ between in-store collection and delivery to the Republic of Ireland; delivery prices may include VAT and a flat shipping charge.

Your order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we accept the order and confirm that a valid prescription has been received.

Collection orders may be collected from McNallys Pharmacy once we have emailed you to confirm the order is ready. Delivery orders are dispatched to the address you provide after your original prescription has been received and checked. Delivery timescales are estimates and are not guaranteed.

You are responsible for providing an accurate, complete delivery address.

You may cancel and request a refund at any time before your medication has been dispensed. Contact us at info@mcnallyspharmacy.com. If we cannot supply your medication — for example because no valid prescription is received — we will refund you in full.

For safety and legal reasons, dispensed prescription medicines cannot be returned for resale and are not refundable once dispensed, except where the medicine is faulty or supplied in error.

You agree to provide accurate information and to use this portal only to order medication for yourself or a person for whom you are lawfully responsible. Do not attempt to interfere with, probe, or gain unauthorised access to the service.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, our liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown here at the time you place an order applies to that order.
