• Your name, email address, phone number and date of birth.
• Your delivery address, where you choose delivery.
• Your order details — the medication and quantities you select.
• A copy of your prescription, if you choose to upload one (health data).
• Payment confirmation details from Stripe. We never receive or store your card number.

We use this information to process and dispense your order, to contact you about it, and to keep the records pharmacies are required to keep. Our legal bases are performance of a contract with you, compliance with our legal obligations as a pharmacy, and — for health and prescription information — the provision of health care and pharmaceutical services by professionals bound by a duty of confidentiality.

• Our email provider, to send you order confirmations and collection notices.
• Our hosting and database provider, which stores order records securely on our behalf.
• Delivery couriers, where your order is shipped.
• Regulators or authorities where we are legally required to disclose information.

We do not sell your personal information or use it for advertising.

The portal is served over HTTPS. Order records are stored in a database that is not readable from the browser — only our server and authorised pharmacy staff can access it. Uploaded prescriptions are stored in a private file store and are shared with pharmacy staff only through a time-limited secure link. Access to the staff area is password protected.

We keep prescription and dispensing records for the period required by pharmacy law and professional standards, and other order records for as long as needed for accounting and customer service purposes.

You have the right to ask for a copy of your data, to have inaccurate data corrected, to object to or restrict certain processing, and — where records are not legally required to be retained — to ask for deletion. Email info@mcnallyspharmacy.com and we will respond. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.

This portal uses only the storage needed to make it work — keeping your basket during checkout and the cookies Stripe sets to process your payment securely. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Read our Cookie Policy.
